QuickBooks for Landlords

QuickBooks is probably the best accounting solution available to most investors. It has the features you find in larger, much more expensive accounting systems. It scales very well now and unless you are an extremely large investing firm (think Warren Buffet types), QuickBooks provides everything you need in an accounting system.
In this series, I will show you how to use QuickBooks to stay on top of your accounting tasks and improve your ability to manage your investing business.

I am very pleased with what I have seen of Quickbooks over the last couple of weeks. It is still very familiar but all of the limitations leading to my abandoning it in the mid 1990's are gone. Starting with QB 2007, all of the features we needed when the consulting group grew to the point we moved away from QB are there, stable and reliable.
