Imagine you’re at your daughter’s Saturday morning soccer game, for us it is our son’s hockey games often at 6:30 AM. You strike up a conversation with someone you’ve just met and they ask, “What do you do?” You say, “I get troubled homeowners a ‘do over’” and not another word.
Listen carefully to their response. No matter how many people you say this to they will respond in a predictable way.
They will either ask, “What does that mean?” or, “How do you do that?” or something similar.
